Great motivational story in the making of a Heesen yacht running above 50 knots at that time when it seems impossible in the 80s. Moral of the story:

1. Believe it with conviction, people will think you're mad but you know, achieving great things need a little bit of madness.

2. Team Work of course and it does not have to be from your own backyard. Talents are everywhere waiting to be discovered.

3. Balls of steel. It takes guts to make serious decisions. It's do or die. James Bond style.
